Think of the portal for the hotel stays you might not normally reach out to a travel advisor for:

· A quick getaway

· One night in a city

· A wedding weekend

· A work trip

· A hotel for a trip you're otherwise planning yourself

You browse. You choose. You book. It's completely complimentary.

And the best part? Pathways is still attached to the reservation.

Your booking comes into our dashboard just as if we’d booked it for you. We'll review your reservation, VIP your arrival, and make sure any eligible perks shown with your rate are attached.

HOW IT WORKS

01 · LOG IN

Click the “BROWSE + BOOK HOTELS” button and enter the email address we have on file for you.*

02 · VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY

You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter the code to access your personalized booking portal.

03 · START YOUR SEARCH

Enter your destination or region, travel dates, and number of travelers.

The portal currently allows one room to be booked at a time. If you need multiple rooms, you can book them one by one or reach out for help.

04 · CHOOSE YOUR HOTEL + ROOM

Available hotels will populate with photos and descriptions. Select a property, choose the room you'd like, and you'll see all available rates for that room.

BEFORE YOU BOOK: UNDERSTANDING YOUR RATE

Not all hotel rates are created equal. You'll often see several options for the same room, so take a moment to compare the details before booking.

DIRECT
The reservation is booked directly with the hotel through Pathways. These are generally the rates I'd recommend when available, particularly when they include advisor or preferred-partner benefits.

NON-DIRECT
These rates are provided through a third-party booking channel, such as Expedia. They may occasionally be less expensive, but benefits, flexibility, and how the hotel recognizes the reservation can differ.

PARTNER RATE / PERKS
When a hotel participates in one of Pathways' preferred partner programs, you'll see eligible perks displayed with the rate. Depending on the hotel and program, these may include things like breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades when available, or other VIP benefits.

REFUNDABLE VS. NON-REFUNDABLE
Always check the cancellation terms before you book. A lower rate may be non-refundable or have stricter cancellation policies. Once you've selected and booked a rate, I cannot change or override its terms.
