Hi, I’m Lauren Gleeson—mom of three energetic boys, wife to a football coach, and your dedicated travel advisor. Travel has always been my passion, and I’ve turned my love for planning and discovering the world into Pathways: a way to create luxurious, stress-free trips that spark joy, connection, and adventure.

My fascination with travel began in high school with a scholarship to study in Mexico, living with a host family. That experience set me on a lifelong path of exploring cultures and languages—I went on to study Spanish, French, and Japanese in college, living in Spain and Martinique, and later earned a Master’s in Spanish Literature and Pedagogy.

Before founding Pathways, I spent over a decade teaching languages and coordinating student trips, which gave me a deep appreciation for immersive, transformative travel experiences. Motherhood and family adventures—like introducing my boys to Costa Rica—reminded me how travel can bring a family closer and make life feel alive.
